Due to popular demand, Cricket Switzerland has released a new national T10 format, respecting Covid-19 restrictions that limit sporting events to 50 participants.
In place of the three groups of eight teams, there are now seven groups of 3 teams, with the winners of each group plus the best runner-up, to qualify for a quarter final knockout stage at the end of September and a finals day on 2nd October.
The eventual winners face the prospect of a place in the European Cricket League T10 qualifiers in Spain in 2022 and the chance of being the undisputed T10 champions of Europe.
The first of the weekends will take place on Saturday 31st July & Sunday 1st August in Geneva, with the others groups to follow at a mutually agreed date & location.
