A beautiful Autumn day saw the concluding day of outdoor cricket for 2019 at Bout-du-Monde for the U15 Romande Cup.
Three teams competed for the trophy - La Châtaigneraie School, Team A (made of up players from Cossonay, Gingins, GRYCC and one from Basel) and Team B (Basel, Zurich and one from Gingins). The format was 15 overs a side in a round robin and the top two playing a final for the trophy.
Team B emerged victorious after a thrilling final that went to the last ball!

Team B 91-5 (Danyal 20*, Vadim 20; Kai 2-13, Jonathan 1-4) bt La Chât 89-6 (Louis 24, Kai 19; Shankar 2-8, Vadim 1-10) by 2 runs

Win = 30 pts
Tie = 15 pts
Team scores > 150 runs 5pts
Each batter retiring on 25 runs 5pts
Each bowler getting 2 or more wickets 5pts
