Cricket Switzerland's Annual General Meeting took place as scheduled on Saturday 23rd February 2019 at the Restaurant Egghölzli in the Swiss capital of Berne.
In the absence of Alexander Mackay (hopsitalised) the meeting was chaired by the association's vice-President, Abraham Koshy.
The executive committee members' annual report had been communicated to the members prior to the meeting and were all congratulated for their individual & consolidated accomplishments in 2018.
As a result, with the exception of Matthew Martin (Sponsorship), all the executive were re-elected unanimously. Matthew Martin, thanked for his work in 2018, was replaced by newly elected Aseem Dhawan.
The meeting also accepted a membership application from Aargau Cricket Club, granting perission to play in both senior competitions, and Zug Cricket Club were elevated to associate status.
Additionally, amendments to the constitution, in part to ensure compliance with Swiss Olympic membership and the Olympic movement principles, were also adopted.
After the Annual General Meeting members met for a Council Meeting to plan for the forthcoming season.
