Voluntary Greeters Wanted

The cricketing world's attention will be focused on St Moritz, Switzerland on Thursday 8th & Friday 9th February 2017 when the world's cricket legends and record holders battle it out on ice and snow in T20 style at St Moritz ICE CRICKET and this is a chance for you to be part of it!

Cricket Switzerland requires two 'Greeters' on one or both mornings to greet the guests on the ice and welcome visitors & spectators to St Moritz ICE CRICKET. The Greeter will direct the guests to the action, make them feel welcome and assure them they are in the right place, explaining some of the basics of the game to some new cricket spectators. Sex and age are immaterial, but you must be prepared to stand around on the frozen lake for about two hours on each morning of the event. You are able to speak English and German and/or Hindi would be advantageous. Any additional European or sub-continental language are an asset and some knowledge of cricket is essential.


This is a voluntary position but in return you will get to lunch with the stars and benefit from an unforgettable opportunity to meet ex-international cricketing legends like Virendar Sehwag, Shoaib Akhtar, Mohammad Kaif, Mahela Jayawardene, Graeme Smith, Jacques Kallis, Lasith Malinga, the list goes on.
