National squad call up

In a recent communiqué to all clubs, Chris Lodge, the newly elected International Match Manager of Cricket Switzerland invited all clubs to submit the names and contact details for players who are interested and available and who would qualify to play for the Swiss National Team.

The matches planned for the national team this year so far are:

• David Barnes Memorial Trophy 4th May vs Olten at their new ground
• Zuoz International Cricket Festival 14th & 15th June in Zuoz Switzerland
• July tour details to be confirmed the intention is a Wed-Fri tour to either the UK or Holland
• 5th-7th September in Prague v Czech Rep, Luxembourg and possibly one other team - full details still to be confirmed by the organisers.
