The Swiss Federation Of Cricket Umpires & Scorers will hold their Annual General Membership in Berne on Saturday 9th November 2013.


swissFOCUS Secretary, Mr. Paul Cawsey, announced the meeting to all members via a communication sent on 10th October, along with the following proposed agenda:

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Swiss Federation of Cricket Umpires & Scorers (swissFOCUS) will take place in Bern on Saturday 9th November 2013, commencing at 13h00. The venue for the AGM will be notified later, when we know how many members we can expect to attend.


The draft agenda for this meeting is as follows:


  1. Opening of Meeting
  2. Apologies of Absence
  3. Adoption of Agenda 
  4. Minutes of Last Meeting & Matters Arising 
  5. Executive (President, Treasurer and Allocations) & Auditor's Reports
  6. Discharge of 2013 Executive
  7. Election of Officers 2014
  8. Membership Fees 2014
  9. Club Fees 2014
  10. Expenses 2014 
  11. Training Courses: Review and Planning 2014 (Scorers, Umpires and Train the Trainer) 
  12. Allocations 2014: League/Cup/T20, Cricket-on-Ice, Zuoz, International Appointments 
  13. Sfocus Image: Shirts, Equipment etc.
  14. AOB
  15. Close of Meeting


Nominations for the Executive posts of President, Secretary and Treasurer and any other points to be included in the agenda, should be sent to Paul Cawsey, no later than the 30th October 2013. The final version of the agenda will be sent out just prior to the meeting.
